Это даже не правила, а общие рекомендации, которые помогают нам поддерживать высокий уровень сервиса.

I give the "Flamingo Beauty Bar" my consent to the processing of my personal data. The consent concerns the surname, first name, data on the date of birth and address as well as contact information.
I agree to the use of personal data solely for the purpose of designing the company's personnel processes, accounting and tax deductions, as well as the storage of all the aforementioned data on electronic and non-electronic media. With this consent, I also authorize the collection of my personal data, their storage, systematization, updating, use (including disclosure to third parties for information exchange) and the implementation of all other measures provided for by the current law of the Swiss Confederation.
I agree to the use of images & videos for portfolio reporting and marketing/advertising purposes on social media of all types and print formats. However, the more detailed content is always discussed and confirmed in advance. Exceptions only apply to self-posted content, which "Flamingo Beauty Bar" will repost.
I have been informed that "Flamingo Beauty Bar" guarantees the processing of my personal data in accordance with the current legislation of the Swiss Confederation. The validity of this consent is not limited. The consent can be revoked at any time upon my written request.

Appointment Cancelation

Мы знаем, что иногда что-то может пойти не так. Поэтому мы подходим к отмене записи настолько гибко, насколько возможно. Если вы предупреждаете о том, что не придете, за 24 часа до назначенного времени, мы сделаем все возможное, чтобы перенести визит к мастеру на более удобное для вас время. Без вопросов. Если вы уведомляете нас менее, чем за 24 часа, вам придется оплатить административный сбор.
❗️To ensure the Reservation I request the Booking Fee of 50.- (minimum price according to the current price list).❗️
♻️ The Prepayment will be deducted or refunded at the end of the appointment. ♻️
❌️❌️ The Prepayment will not be refunded in the following cases ❌️❌️:
❌️ 1. No Show Up.
⭕️ 2. Cancellation less than 24 hrs. before Appointment Time (reason doesn't matter).
📛 3. Shift less than 24 hours before Appointment Time (Reason does not matter).
⛔️ 4. Unannounced Delays on more than 30 minutes.
In the event of Unannounced Delays of more than 30 minutes, the Appointment will be automatically canceled (for New Sets) and charged at the minimum price of 50.-.
⚠️ By Refill Appointment- shortened to the delay time.
❗️ Please appear on time and without Make - Up so the Appointment Time can be used for eyelash processing at most.

Мы понимаем, что из-за плотного графика вы иногда можете задерживаться. Когда вы понимаете, что опаздываете, очень просим звонить и сообщать об этом нам. Если вы опаздываете больше, чем на 15 минут, вашу запись могут отменить или передать другому клиенту. Если мы сохраним это время за вами, мы можем не успеть оказать соответствующую услугу в полном объеме.
Due to increased Stress Level, nowadays, sometimes we all can struggle with being perfektly on Time also within the reasons that do not rely on us. + - 5 minutes of time difference luckly will not affect your Appointment or quality of provided Lash Services.
However, please take to consideration the following rules about bigger delays such as following:
⛔️ 4. Unannounced Delays on more than 30 minutes. (See the Terms of Appointment Cancelation)
